Brand Ambassador Gig: Get Paid to Promote Free Job Training Program
We’re hiring motivated individuals to distribute flyers and spread the word around Boston to promote a job training program for people who have been incarcerated, arrested, or been on probation or parole. This is a flexible, cash-paying gig for those who are willing to put in the work.
What You’ll Do:
- Distribute Flyers – Post and hand out flyers in low-income neighborhoods, outside of courthouses and other areas in Boston, Camrbidge or Brookline.
- Post on Social Media to your personal network and community
- We’ll provide all the details on where to go, what to do, and how to maximize your earnings.
About Us:
Emerge Career (emergecareer.com/programs/ma-donnelly) is a government-funded job training company that helps people coming out of incarceration get into high-paying, high-demand jobs like CDL truck driving. We are funded by Governor Healey and the State and are looking to partner with people in the community to spread the word about our free job training and employment program.
How You’ll Get Paid:
- $20 per person who signs up and completes the application.
- An additional $180 per person who enrolls in trucking school ($200 total per sign up).
How It Works:
- Apply by going to this link and clicking “Become an Ambassador”: www.emergecareer.com/ambassador-program
- Within 24 hours, you’ll meet with someone from our team for a 25 minute Zoom call to onboard you and provide basic training.
- You’ll receive a unique sign-up link and access to a personal tracking dashboard. Here you’ll track all the people that you refer.
- We’ll send you all the materials that you need (flyers with your unique sign-up link and QR code).
- Start spreading the word and get paid as your referrals progress through milestones.
This is a great way to earn cash while helping people get access to life-changing job opportunities.
In order to be paid the person you sign up MUST be eligible for our program. That means: (1) being impacted by the justice system in some way (arrest, probation, parole, incarceration) and (2) lives in MA.
