Maintenance Painter / plasterer

Management Company seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in property maintenance, with expertise in:

Painting (interior/exterior)

Drywalling & Drywall Repairs

Plaster & Popcorn Ceiling Repairs

Unit turnovers

Minor Plumbing Repairs (faucets, leaks, etc.)

Minor Electrical Repairs (outlets, switches, light fixtures)

General Maintenance & Repairs

Qualifications:

Proven experience in property maintenance or a related field

Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve minor repair issues efficiently

Excellent communication and teamwork skills
