Creation Iron Design - Sales Associate

Description:

1. Follow up with clients who have received quotes.

2. Assist in creating fire escape quotes & invoices.

3. Contact clients with expiring egress certifications to offer renewal services.

4. Make calls and send emails to maintain client communication.

5. Provide excellent customer service and build strong client relationships.

6. Cold Calls to potential clients, such as management buildings, & contractors.

7. Assist with additional administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Highly responsible and organized.

- Ability to handle client interactions professionally.

- Experience in customer service or sales is a plus.

- Basic knowledge of fire escape regulations (training provided).

- High School Diploma.

- Experience in sales is preferred.

- Bilingual (Spanish & English).
