Sanding and staining lumber and vigas

I have 20 - 25 hours work (maybe a little more) sanding and staining lumber for a southwestern house. This job is somewhat physically demanding, but I will help wherever I can, or get someone to help. Own transportation required. Experience helpful; references required. I'm building a house and may have extra work down the road. Thank you.
