A residential design/build firm, based near Rhinebeck, NY, is looking for an

administrative assistant, full or part-time, to participate in the successful execution of

our projects. If you are motivated and organized, and can skillfully perform a variety of

office management and construction coordination duties, consider joining our team.

IN THIS POSITION, YOU WILL WORK WITH THE FIRM’S PRINCIPAL TO:

 do area take-offs from architectural drawings to determine ordering quantities

 contact sub-contractors for bidding and work scheduling

 place orders and schedule deliveries of supplies and materials

 organize and track receipts of goods and services sold

 prepare project close-out notebooks for jobs that are ending

 other miscellaneous office duties, including answering phones, filing and REQUIRED

SOFTWARE SKILLS:

 Excel

 Word

 PDF software
