Cleaner for City Rental Properties / Snow Shoveling & Salting

Clean Rental Properties: Duties include Cleaning stove and oven in and out. Fridge & freezer in and out. Complete Bathrooms. inside of house floors carpets baseboards, walls vacuum stairs and halls. Empty waste baskets and wash same. Clean Laundry areas. wash windows (inside only) and other related work as directed.

Snow Shoveling: duties include shoveling and salting porches, steps, walkways and totes & refuse container areas to prevent slip and falls during snow time as needed.

Must have dependable transportation to be able to transport tools and cleaning supplies between City houses
