Head of Manufacturing- Cable Making (Production Labor)

Spectraflex, a leading braided audio cable company based in Greenville, SC, is looking for a full-time Head of Manufacturing to join our team. This is a hands-on factory position, responsible for the full production process of our cables—from cutting and braiding to soldering and assembly.

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Specialist to play a crucial role in our production process. The ideal candidate will ensure manufacturing operations run smoothly and efficiently while upholding quality and safety standards. Duties

-Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance.

-Conduct quality checks on products throughout the production process.

-Troubleshoot and resolve any equipment malfunctions or production issues.

-Maintain accurate records of production data, including output, defects, and downtime.

-Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance productivity.

-Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.

-Participate in training programs to stay updated on best practices and new technologies.

Skills & Qualifications

-Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance.

-Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.

-Familiarity with manufacturing processes and machinery operation is preferred.
