We have an immediate opening for a part-time experienced Bookkeeper/Payroll candidate

We are a growing Plumbing company with a great group of quality plumbers who provide

Skills:

Knowledge of accounting and experience as a bookkeeper is required

Proficient in QuickBooks Desktop

Proficient in Microsoft Office/Excel/Word/One Note

Pleasant with others on the job and display a good-natured, cooperative, and positive attitude

Provide a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail

Work independently and must be professional and friendly

Construction knowledge

Responsibilities:

Process invoices and incoming payments

Prepare Billing invoices, payables, and collections

Verify discrepancies and resolve billing issues

Answer customer questions.

Customer service support, phone text & emails

Reconcile bank and credit card accounts

Contact customers to follow up on invoices and estimates sent out.

File state taxes

Maintain organized filing system

Construction knowledge

Support other office staff responsibilities when needed

Ability to deliver 5-star customer service

Ability to multi-task in an ever-changing office environment

Wages are $20.00 - $25.00 depending on knowledge and experience.
