Bookkeeper & Administrative Assistant
Job Type: 5 Days a week, 20-40 hours, future potential for some remote work.

Position Overview:
We are seeking Bookkeeper and Administrative Assistant to help direct our maintenance crew and manage tenant communications. This role requires a proactive attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform bookkeeping tasks, including managing invoices, tracking expenses, maintaining accurate financial records, reconciliation and journal entries as well as generating reports.
Assist with administrative tasks, such as scheduling and organizing files, producing reports, reaching solutions to problems, researching products and subcontractors.
Maintain and update documents using Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, and Google Docs.
Manage tenant maintenance request emails and respond promptly, delegate tasks and maintain communication with tenants until the problem is resolved.
Requirements/Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, Google Docs, and Quickbooks Desktop
Experience with bookkeeping.
Typing speed of 55+ WPM.
Real estate or construction background a plus.
Bilingual in Spanish a plus.
Ability to work independently and take charge.
