QUALITY ASSURANCE / SUPERINTENDENT ASSISTANT

Job Title: Quality Assurance / Superintendent Assistant - Construction

We are currently seeking an experienced individual to join our team as a Quality Assurance/ Superintendent Assistant on our team.

The position’s primary objective is to provide day to day quality assurance management for framing construction projects, to ensure that all final finishing details are accounted for and final inspections are passed.

Job Description:

Oversee onsite framers/carpenters to ensure deficiencies are completed.

Hold onsite team meetings with framers/carpenters to set schedule and guidelines for tasks

Ensure all finishing aspects of the home are of the highest quality

Provide weekly status updates.

Make sure all schedules for completion are met

Uphold quality standards and provide sub-contractors with feedback on typical deficiencies found

Coordinate sub-contractors to complete defects and repairs throughout the project

Ensure sub-contractor deficiency work is being completed as efficiently as possible

Attend weekly on-site construction meetings to review sub-contractor work and schedules

Summary of Qualifications & Requirements:

Must have construction experience

Must have a valid driver's license

Must be reliable
