Rollies Mexican Patio is a local, award winning restaurant in Tucson, AZ! We are looking for a FULL TIME experienced Line Cook to join our team. We are located at 4573 S. 12 Th Ave. Our ideal candidate has experience in the kitchen with prep and on the line, great communication, perfect attendance, shows up ready to work with a positive attitude.Average pay is $18-20 per hour (Hourly + tips)Must be available for afternoon and evening shifts & weekdays and weekends to be consideredNew hire will be subject to 90 day probationary period followed by ability to accrue time off hours (40 per year) + benefitsMUST be authorized to work in the U.S.BenefitsWe offer many great benefits, including free early access to your pay through Homebase, 401k, dental, vision and more!Responsibilities Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies Chop vegetables, prepare sauces and other food preparation. Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff Clean up station and take care of leftover food Stock inventory Wash dishes Clean & sanitize all work stations Qualifications Cooking experience or Back of the House experience required Knowledge of kitchen safety with fryers and grill Able to meet all scheduling commitments Able to anticipate needs of others in the kitchen and proactively work to meet those needs Strong attention to detail Schedule Must have open availability M-Sat 2-9pm. Sunday we are closed. Starting pay DOE (hour ly plus tips average ($150-200+ per week) and benefits offered after 90 days (dental/vision, life, teledoc & more) We are looking forward to hearing from you.
