Office Manager assistant
-Must have Construction Office management experience
-Familiar to Quick books, MS Word, Excel, office 365, Outlook, Drop box and One drive
-Able to fix/trouble shoot minor computer and printer issues
-Proficient with the internet and website maintenance
-Property taxes
-Human resources
-Insurance and vehicle registration
-Admin for DOORS and CARB programs
-Project Management-Assist in ALL bid invites, making bid files in the drop box, sending out bid requests, and posting jobs bidding on the white board.
-Print plans and specs and load into the drop box.
-Set up job files in the drop box AND binders and log/send out all submittals and shop drawings.
-Create thorough Scopes of Work for each project and update regularly.
-Create and send out Change Orders
-Proficient in monthly billings(SOV's)
-Need to be pleasant to work with AND a team player
