YARD GOAT OPERATOR
Job description
We are currently looking for four (1) yard hostler/Company driver. PLEASE READ FULL JOB DISCRIPTION
ROTATING Schedule
Working hours are 5pm to 5am
Week 1- SUN-TUES
Week 2-SUN-WED
The shifts will be 12 hours each. 3 DAYS ONE WEEK, 4 DAYS SECOND WEEK.
This job pays $24.00 Per hour for the Hostler Position. Additional compensation of $26.00 + $5.00 per each pick up and delivery when operating as a company driver.
Yard Hostler Responsibilities:
Maneuvering vehicles and containers between areas of our facilities.
Transporting materials to the weighing platform.
Cleaning and refueling designated vehicles.
Cleaning trailers.
Inspecting vehicles to discern potential maintenance needs.
Tending to or reporting on maintenance requirements.
Stowing equipment away after their use.
Maintaining orderliness, communication, and safety in the yards.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $24.00 per hour/Drivers are paid $26.00 + $5.00 per each pick up and delivery.
Education:
High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
Yard Hostler: 1 year (Required)
