Carpentry/Framing Foreman

Mason Reconstruction is looking for experienced Carpenters to join our team! We specialize in Multifamily, Commercial & Hospitality renovation projects, and we are searching professionals with expertise in structural carpentry and light framing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform structural carpentry, including beam replacements, stair stringer repairs, and framing adjustments

- Execute light framing, general installations, and finish carpentry

- Install and repair doors, windows, siding, trim, and other exterior/interior wood components

- Ensure all work meets company and client expectations for quality and durability

- Coordinate materials, tools, and labor to maintain efficiency on job sites

- Maintain a safe and organized work environment, following all safety protocols

- Collaborate with project managers and other trades to ensure projects stay on schedule

Qualifications:

- 3 to 5 years of experience as a Carpenter in multifamily renovation projects

- Strong knowledge of structural carpentry, light framing, and finish work

- Ability to read blueprints and project plans and execute detailed work accurately

- Experience with beam replacements, stair stringers, siding, and trim work

- Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills

- Effective communicator (bilingual in English & Spanish a plus!)

- Valid driver’s license with a clean record and reliable transportation

- Must pass a Drug Screen and Background Check
