Plumbing Foreman

Mason Reconstruction is looking for an experienced Plumbing Foreman to lead Mason Repipe, our new Plumbing Division! Mason Repipe's newest Foreman will be overseeing Multifamily, Commercial & Single Family Residential plumbing projects. We are searching for a leader who has a growth mindset, can confidently manage a crew, and ensure high standards of safety, quality, and craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and manage plumbing crews performing service and repair work

- Work with project managers and ownership to coordinate all on-site plumbing activities

- Train and mentor field crews to meet Mason Reconstruction’s high standards

- Lead by example, fostering a positive team environment and embodying company culture

- Perform hands-on plumbing work, including leak detection, repipes, sewer repairs, water heater installations, and general service work

- Ensure all plumbing work meets company and client expectations for quality and durability

- Coordinate materials, tools, and labor to maintain efficiency on job sites

- Maintain progress reports, enforce safety protocols, and ensure compliance with plumbing codes and regulations

- Communicate project updates to management and clients, keeping timelines and budgets on track

Qualifications:

- 3 to 5 years of proven experience as a Plumbing Foreman in service & repair

- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, including leak repairs and other installations

- Effective communication skills (bilingual in English & Spanish a plus!)

- Valid driver’s license with a clean record and reliable transportation

- Must pass a drug screen and background check
