Movers By The Sea is looking for honest, hardworking, and reliable movers to join our team in Carlsbad and the surrounding North County San Diego area. We specialize in professional moving and packing services for apartments, homes, and offices.

Requirements:

✅ Must live in North County San Diego (we do not hire outside this area).

✅ Must be legal to work in the U.S. – we do not hire undocumented workers or pay under the table.

✅ Must be drug-free, dependable, and have a strong work ethic.

✅ No scammers, no shady applicants, no excuses. We have legal counsel, GPS tracking, and strict policies in place. If you are dishonest, unreliable, or trying to game the system, do not waste your time or ours.

✅ Professional appearance & attitude are required – this is a customer-facing job.

✅ Must be able to lift at least 75 lbs repeatedly and handle physical labor.

✅ Military veterans and active personnel are strongly encouraged to apply.

✅ Strong women are also encouraged to apply.

✅ All movers must purchase a company work shirt for $10 each to maintain a professional appearance on the job.

About the Job & Pay:

Pay is negotiable based on experience and work ethic.

Work is on an as-needed basis – hours fluctuate based on demand.

We meet at a designated truck stop, then travel to the job site together.

Movers are paid a flat rate for the drive to and from the job site.

Pay is based on load time, drive time between locations, and unload time – we do not pay for personal breaks or errands.

GPS tracking and moving software ensure accuracy in work time and location.
