Ability to load, unloading, fork lift, pack and stretch while performing responsibilities safely

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

Forklift certification and safety adherence

Repeated twisting, lifting and pulling inventory from shelves. Lifting up to 50 pounds

Ability to plan schedule freight carriers

Accuracy

Basic Computer skills

Follow GMP (manufacturing practices) and SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) policies

Ability work unsupervised at times

Able to work overtime when required

Perform additional assigned tasks and duties necessary to support the department

FOOD SAFETY REQUIREMENTS/RESPONSIBILITIES

Comply with all plant, state and federal OSHA, FDA, HACCP, GMP, SSOP and GFSI regulations

Conduct all monitoring activities to assure finished product comply with food safety and quality specifications

Responsible for maintenance of Food Safety and Quality Assurance
