Experienced Landscape, Laborers and Crew Leader

Number of Positions to fill: 2-3 positions

Compensation: $20-$35 starting DOE&DOA

We are an award-winning, environmentally concerned design-build landscape company, who have been in business for over 35 years. We have designed and built some of the most beautiful spaces for our clients to relax and enjoy for years to come. We are urgently looking for a long-term multiple multi skilled workers and a crew leader/asst. foreman.

Laborers: $20-$24/hr

Manual labor including moving bark, rock, soil and digging, spreading of material, planting, basic irrigation installation and final clean-up type of work. Must be able to follow direction of crew leader and be a team player.

Crew Leaders: $25-$35/hr

Must have at least 3+ years of managing a crew, 6 years of construction skills such as masonry, irrigation, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and all other aspects of the landscape installation. Must have knowledge of unit of measurement, demonstrate job executions and lead the crew through daily tasks. We do not tolerate unorganized and undependable people! We are looking for long-term employees. If you have multiple No-Shows or unexcused absences, it will result in your immediate termination. Again, we are looking for long-term employees. Our crew leaders are our pipeline to become our foreman.

Requirements:

Must be honest, energetic, reliable, able to lift 40 lbs. Understand English, Bilingual: Spanish is very helpful. have a positive attitude, Good DMV record for the crew leader position.
