Business Development/Sales Manager

Location: Manassas, VA (Corporate Headquarters)

About the Position

We are hiring Business Development/Sales Manager, you will take the lead in developing and managing relationships with prospective clients, working to identify their needs and demonstrate the value of our services. You will play a crucial role in generating and converting leads into long-term clients.

We provide support through a dedicated telemarketing team that will help generate leads for you, in addition to cold calling and outreach activities you will personally manage. You will also work directly with the CEO as needed to secure prospective clients.

We are a growing CPA/Accounting services firm dedicated to supporting small and mid-sized businesses, and we are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Business Development/Sales Manager to join our team. Our success comes from our proactive approach to business development, and we want someone who shares this same drive to grow with us. Who We’re Looking For

Proven success in business development, sales, or related fields (4+ years preferred)

Ability to develop strong client relationships and close deals

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a proactive team player

Prior experience with B2B sales is preferred

Required experience on a CRM platform (Salesforce preferred)
