Outdoor Sales Associate

We are seeking an organized and experienced professional outside sales representative to join the sales team of our company. You will be responsible to attract potential customers & retain existing ones by creating fit proposals that will meet clients need.

Responsibilities include:

Traveling to assigned territories to directly meet with potential clients

Discuss estimates and requirements

Maintain Positive business relationships to ensure future sales

Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction

Achieve agreed upon sales target and outcomes of schedule

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $400 weekly base salary, 4% commission of minimum 38k. Reps can make 10k -15k a month

Schedule:

8 hour shift

Monday to Friday

Weekends may apply

Education:

High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

English and Spanish preferred

Construction/ pool sales 1-3 years preferred / In home sales required
