+$27 hourly based on experience
No On-Call schedule
No High-Pressure Sales
Highly Skilled HVAC Technician Responsibilities:
Steady year-round work in Naples/South Fort Myers areas
Choose between 4-day or 5-day workweek or multiple shifts
Work with high-end HVAC/R technology like City Multi VRF, Aaon, split systems
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality
Perform residential tune-ups, maintenance, diagnostic service calls, and repairs
Experienced HVAC Service Technician Qualifications:
+3 years of service tech experience
Excellent communication skills
Positive and professional attitude
Availability for Monday-Friday, Saturdays, and on-call
Clean driving record and background check
High school diploma or equivalent
EPA certification
Ability to work in extreme conditions and lift a minimum of 75+ LBS
Authorized to work in the US
