Call Center Customer Service Rep Needed
This Customer Service Representative is expected to provide our vacation package customers with excellent and professional customer care.
Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 1-3 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices and procedures within the travel industry. Rely on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision. Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment.
Responsibilities and Duties
Greet customers warmly and ascertain the reason they are calling.
Resolve customer complaints via phone or email
Assist with placement of vacation reservation requests.
Advise on company information.
Answer questions about terms of sale.
Act as the company gatekeeper.
Utilize computer technology to handle high call volumes.
Work with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.
Data Entry to open or close call records.
Compile reports on overall customer satisfaction.
Read from scripts.
