ROOFING PRODUCTION ASSISTANT / PERMIT TECH

We do projects ranging from replacing a single window to

scraping a building off the planet and starting from scratch. A major part of our family here is our roofing division.

Maintaining schedules, organizing electronic files and pictures, and acquiring permits for roofing projects is a challenging and busy job, but thankfully, as our newest memberyou already know this! We use a CRM to handle everything from lead intake to scheduling and finance, so computer literacy is vital. We work in many local municipalities, and they all feel the need to do things a

little differently. We have a stellar support system here with 2 in-house permitting techs, so you’ll never be going it alone. We have also already established solid relationships with building departments and inspectors over the years, and we know that everything depends on the cultivation and maintenance of these good relations.

Our industry is constantly changing and evolving, so a willingness to continue learning, regardless of previous experience, is vital. Please if you "can build a house from the ground up all by yourself " this is probably not the place for you. If you find yourself unable to leave your smartphone in your pocket during work hours, please do not apply here, you will not last.

Ideally, you ( the applicant ) will have plenty of related experience, however, it has been our experience that the right, motivated individual can succeed over an experienced person who doesn’t have the proper drive, if you're a good learner this is a great opportunity.
