What You’ll Be Doing:

Trash Collection: Collect trash bags from residents’ doorsteps and transport them to the onsite compactor at the apartment community (no large or bulk items, no offsite dumping).

Photo Documentation: Take required photos (arrival, departure, tracking, non-compliance) using our company’s app during each service.

Local Assignments: Enjoy working close to home as we serve multiple apartment communities and aim to assign you to a property within a 10-15 minute drive.

Schedule:

Full-Time: Consistent, full-time hours with 40 hours per week.

Work Days: Monday through Friday.

Shift Length: 2-3 hours per shift. Early morning shifts are available, starting at 5:00 am or 6:00 am, and evening shifts starting at 7:00 pm or 8:00 pm. (Some positions may have earlier or later start/end times).

What You Get:

Hourly Pay: $18 - $22/hr.

Extra Pay for Vehicle Use: If you have a pickup truck or vehicle with a trailer, you’ll receive the higher end of the pay range to compensate for vehicle use

Company Vehicle Provided: If you do not have your own vehicle, we will provide a company vehicle for you to use.

DailyPay Option: Get paid daily through our app.

What We Require:

Minimum Age: 18 years old.

Vehicle: A reliable vehicle is required. If you have a pickup truck or vehicle with a trailer, that’s a plus and you’ll earn extra. If you don’t have your own vehicle, we will provide a company vehicle.

Driver’s License: Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance (must be listed on the policy if using your personal vehicle).

Physical Ability: Ability to lift and transport items weighing up to 50 lbs., walk the property, and be exposed to disagreeable odors.

Smartphone: Ownership of a smartphone with a data plan to use our mobile app.

No Experience Needed: We provide hands-on, paid training from day one.
