Beach Club Restaurant Server

Location: Siesta Key, Florida

Schedule: Full-Time/Part-Time | Shifts between 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM (Flexibility required for weekends/holidays)

Join our team at The Beach Club, a new concept restaurant nestled on the stunning shores of Siesta Key! We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional coastal cuisine, cocktails, and unforgettable guest experiences in a relaxed, tropical atmosphere. We always have fun at work

What We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking energetic, customer-focused Servers to join our team. Ideal candidates thrive in fast-paced environments, love working outdoors,(Don't Worry we provide the air conditioning) and enjoy creating memorable moments for guests.

Responsibilities:

- Provide outstanding, friendly service to guests in our indoor/outdoor historic establishment.

- Accurately take orders, serve food/beverages, and process payments.

- Maintain knowledge of our menu, including coastal seafood, and cocktails.

- Ensure cleanliness of tables, workstations, and dining areas.

- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.

- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns with professionalism.

- Help maintain retail/souvenir sales.

Requirements:

- Prior server experience (1+ year preferred, but training available for motivated candidates).

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment (heat, sand, and sun exposure).

- Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.

- Must be 18+ and able to lift 25+ lbs (trays, chairs, etc.).
