7Gradi Gelato in SALT at Kakaako is looking for a passionate and dedicated Gelato Manager/Server/Scooper to join our growing team. We pride ourselves on providing a high-quality gelato experience and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

Greet customers and provide friendly, knowledgeable service.

Expertly scoop and serve gelato according to company standards.

Prepare and serve croaffle. (Croissant Waffle)

Handle cash and operate the POS system accurately.

Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the gelato display case and customer areas.

Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations.

Stock and rotate inventory, ensuring freshness and availability.

Assist with opening and closing duties.

Qualifications:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude.

Ability to work as part of a team.

Previous experience in food service or customer service preferred.

Basic math skills.

Must be able to lift and carry up to 40 lbs.

Must be available to work on weekends.

Compensation:

Starting hourly rate for server/scooper position: $14 and above (based on experience)

Starting hourly rate for manager position: $20

$23 tips per hour on top of the hourly rate.

Benefits: employee discounts, dinner meals for Friday and Saturday.
