Maintenance Technician

Experienced Maintenance Technician

General Responsibilities:

Work from check lists, schedules, daily work orders and instructions from Property Manager.

Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Make repairs, including basic electrical, mechanical, plumbing, dry wall, and painting, as required.

Perform routine, preventive maintenance tasks to ensure that potential problems are properly addressed and needed repairs are completed.

Assist with moving trash dumpsters when needed.

Other duties as assigned.

Skills Required:

General knowledge of basic carpentry, electrical & plumbing.

Must be dependable and have own transportation.

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and must be able to work independently and as a team player.

Good work ethic, professional at all times.

Must be able to walk, stand, sit, bend, balance, climb stairs and ladders, and lift, carry, push/pull to 50 lbs.

After background check and drug test, start immediately

40 hour work week Monday through Friday
