Staff Accountant

Multi – Corp Packaging Materials Company located in Sebastian has an urgent need for a Staff

Accountant.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

· Analysis of General Ledger Accounts

· Journal Entries

· Reconciliation of Bank Accounts

· Reconciliation of Credit Card Accounts

· Reconciliation of Accounts Payable

· Reconciliation of Accounts Receivable

· Reconciliation of Intercompany Accounts

· Reconciliation of Inventory Accounts

· Review and Process Customer refunds

· Review and Research Customers Credit Applications

· Support Operations regarding questions concerning Customer Payments.

· All other duties as required

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

· 5 years of accounting experience working with ERP Systems.

· Familiarity with bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures, GAAP

· Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and financial reports

· Knowledge of Inter-company relationships

· Accuracy and attention to detail

· Well organized

· BA degree in accounting.

WORKING CONDITIONS

High-pressured, fast-paced environment, your days will fly by in this fast-paced position working

Monday-Friday. Prior Sage experience is preferred but not required.
