STAINLESS STEEL FINISHER

We are currently looking for several skilled STAINLESS FINISHER. Join our growing team in Odessa, and make a positive impact on the company.

Pay Rate: $15 - $18 per hr

Pay negotiable and depends on your experience. Past work references will be REQUIRED.

Requirements:

Experience FINISHING stainless steel

Proven ability to deliver high-quality finishing

Strong understanding of safety protocols

Experience with tape measure, calipers, and other measuring instruments

Reading text and documents, basic math, writing and oral communications within team environment

Ability to operate hand tools

Ability to stand for long periods of time

Light to moderate lifting

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities include:

Report to Team Lead

Perform FINISHING on STAINLESS STEEL with precision and expertise

Adhere to and promote all safety procedures

Read blueprints and technical drawings accurately

Ability to understand the ‘big picture’ and to identify and resolve key issues.

Strong project focus.

Good attention to detail and ability to foresee the finished project.

Strong sense of ownership and commitment.

Other related duties as required

Documentation and Communication:

Interpret drawings, blueprints, manuals, specifications or sample parts to determine dimensions and tolerances of finished work pieces.

Adhere to Health & Safety guidelines, as well as Vision, and Values

Knowledge of the construction industry.

Strong interpersonal, and communication skills.

What you bring:

Ability to read blueprints, schematics and manuals.

Team player while being able to work independently when needed

Possess excellent manual dexterity and an eye for detail.

Knowledge of the properties of metal and other materials.

Other:

· Drug test required

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
