Landscape Enhancement Crew Member

For more than 40 years, Sunrise Landscape, a commercial landscape maintenance, design and installation company, has been serving West Central Florida with a commitment to landscape and service excellence. We are growing and have a great opportunity for a Landscape Enhancement Crew Member to join our Team. This role is responsible for working within an enhancement crew team to deliver excellent service to our clients. This team member reports to the Enhancement Manager, has a strong work ethic and enjoys interacting with our people and clients.

Sunrise Landscape has multiple locations throughout Florida and this role will be located in the Pinellas Park, FL area.

What You Will Do:

Perform landscape enhancement tasks, including but not limited to installing sod, soil, mulch, (replacement, and/or removal); debris removal, drainage installation; annual color installation and change outs.

Communicate professionally with clients and address concerns promptly, representing the company in a competent, professional manner. Escalate issues to supervisor as appropriate.

Work consistently with safety, quality, and professional development goals.

Safely and efficiently use appropriate landscape enhancement tools, equipment, and materials. Work alongside crew to ensure completion of project specifications.

Perform daily preparation of assigned tasks by loading tools and equipment, fuel equipment, and performing other duties as assigned.

Identify and complete issues for each job as needed.

Maintain personal protective equipment (PPE), tools and equipment, and truck/trailer in clean condition; report any repair needs promptly.

Qualifications:

Bi-lingual a plus

Valid driver's license for 3+ years

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
