Admin Assistant Needed
Pool company looking for a customer service administrative assistant. We're dedicated to keeping our customers' pools sparkling clean and healthy. As a Customer Service Administrative Assistant, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers have a positive experience from start to finish.
Job responsibilities include:
- Be the first point of contact for our customers, answering phones, responding to emails, and greeting visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
- Schedule and manage service appointments, ensuring efficient routing and timely service.
- Support field technicians by providing necessary information and coordinating schedules.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and preparing reports.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information in our database.
- Process payments, generate invoices, and manage accounts receivable.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
A positive attitude and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
