Customer service/Office Assistant

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Customer Service/Office assistant to join our team. This role involves a combination of customer service, scheduling and administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations and a great customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction & Scheduling:
o Answer incoming phone calls and schedule appointments using ServiceTitan.
o Act as a backup dispatcher to ensure efficient job assignments.
o Respond to customer emails and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
Administrative & Financial Tasks:
o Prepare a daily ledger in Excel to record all payments from the prior day.
o Edit and correct technician invoices for grammar, accuracy, and completeness.
o Process and deposit customer payments, including checks.
Qualifications & Skills:
Experience in customer service and scheduling (Service Titan experience a plus).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience in Microsoft Excel and Word
Strong attention to detail and ability to proofread/edit documents.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
