Experienced Server, Host & POS Manager (Weekend Shifts)

Location: Legends Indoor Golf

Position Overview:

Legends Indoor Golf is seeking seasoned hospitality professionals with a passion for delivering excellent guest experiences. This role blends the responsibilities of a host, server, and point-of-sale (POS) manager. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have strong customer service skills, and can manage multiple roles seamlessly, we want you on our team!

Compensation:

Competitive pay ranging from $20 to $30 per hour

Weekend shifts only (at this time)

Key Responsibilities:

Hosting: Welcome guests with a friendly, professional demeanor; manage seating arrangements and reservations to ensure a smooth golf experience.

Serving: Provide attentive, high-quality service to guests, taking orders, and ensuring timely food & beverage delivery.

POS Management: Operate and manage our POS system efficiently, process payments, and maintain accurate transaction records.

Collaborate with the team to uphold operational standards and deliver exceptional customer service.

Assist with any additional duties as needed during peak weekend periods.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in hospitality, with a background in hosting, serving, and/or POS management.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively under pressure.

Excellent customer service skills with a keen attention to detail.

Ability to adapt to multiple roles and handle a dynamic work environment.

Must be available to work weekend shifts.
