Position Summary: We are seeking highly motivated and results driven salespeople to join our team. The successful candidate(s) will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and providing tailored logistics solutions to meet our customers' needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Grow sales revenue – Grow existing customers, acquire new customers, identify and pursue new business opportunities using the full range of services offered.

Customer Intimacy - Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with prospective and current customers as well as carriers through regular contact via phone calls, e-mail, and/or face-to-face.

Market Expertise - Stay up to date on industry trends and establish yourself as an expert for customers to rely on as a true supplier trusted advisor. Conduct market research to understand industry trends and emerging customer needs.

End-to-End Excellence - Work closely with Carrier and Customer Relations Coordinators to ensure the most efficient and safe transportation solutions for customers. Proactively identify potential service disruptions and implement corrective actions.

Sales Excellence - Develop effective systems and processes for prospect identification, qualification, and management. Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals that solve customer problems or enable customer opportunities.

Always be Closing - Negotiate agreements effectively to build sustainable and profitable relationships with customers and carriers. Rigorously follow-up on offers and client development

Collaborate Internally - Bring the external markets in to internal team members to ensure seamless implementation of logistics solutions.

Drive Excellence - Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients. Serve as primary source for conflict resolution between clients and carriers.

Manage Administrative Tasks - Efficiently manage all required administrative functions, such as weekly reports, manage selling expenses, maintain CRM data & sensitive market information.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Proven track record of success in Transportation and Logistics sales or a similar industry, with consistently demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales objectives.

Demonstrated ability to comprehend, develop and execute customer account plans both internally and externally to sell the full portfolio of services.

Excellent oral, written and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively to all levels of the organization and align and close agreements with the decision makers.

Demonstrated competence in conflict management, decision making and strategic planning

Entrepreneurial attitude, leadership ability, collaborator and ability to be a team player and garner cooperation and respect at all levels of the organization.

Positive attitude, with a strong desire to learn and grow in the industry.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
