Construction Assistant Supervisor

We are looking for an Assistant Superintendent to work on residential and light commercial projects. Candidate should be a leader, organized, and able to work on different projects within a fast-paced construction environment. Ideal candidates should possess a MA Unrestricted Supervisors License, an Associates degree in Construction Management (preferred, but not required) and 2 to 5 years of construction supervision experience.

Assistant Superintendent duties include:

Responsible for oversight of all of field operations on a project

Responsible for coordinating, directing and supervising the work and efforts of subcontractors and direct labor on the project

Ensure that the requirements of the project are met with respect to safety, schedule, quality control and cost control
