We are committed to being a part of improving our customers' productivity & success.As a Sales Development Representative, you will provide initial sales support by growing our prospect database & identifying qualified prospects for the Business Development team.Job Responsibilities :
Growth of Motorlease Database
Conduct research to identify potential leads
Identify leads via internet, social media, or other software selected by management
Enter data into our CRM and check to ensure the accuracy of the data that has been input
Maintain data entry requirements by following data program procedures
Lead Qualification
Identify appropriate decision makers & their contact information
Research qualifications criteria for leads
If qualified forward lead to a Leasing Consultant
Report to management on lead status & follow-up
Track & report daily/ weekly/ monthly activity goals as required
Present lead follow-up statistics at weekly team meeting
Handle inbound inquiries & qualify the lead according to Motorlease guidelines
Live Chat Management
Act as the first point of contact for website live chat inquiries
Qualify inquiries and route leads to the correct sales representatives
Log all interactions and maintain detailed CRM records
Provide accurate, timely responses using strong product knowledge and scripts
Monitor chat performance metrics and share updates with management
Proposal Writing
Utilize company templates for proposals
Edit and revise proposals according to notes given by management or Leasing Consultants
Help create graphics and visuals for certain projects
Work as part of a team to offer suggestions for improvement
Perform all other duties as assigned
What You'll Bring
1 year of lead generation experience preferred
Computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce experience preferred
Detail oriented with strong organization & communication skills
Team player with ability to demonstrate ownership & accountability
Skilled at modern digital distribution platforms
Promote a strong sense of urgency for reaching goals & deliverables
Bachelors degree preferred but will accept equivalent experience in the field
What Motorlease Offers
Salary: $40,000-$48,000
