Office Manager
An established manufacturing/service company is currently looking for an Office Manager with experience to perform the following duties:
-Reception/Customer Service
-Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable(Need QuickBooks experience)
-Purchasing of company supplies and raw materials needed for production
-Vendor Registration with new clients
-Dealing with vendors
-Setting up travel arrangements for executives & staff when needed
-Helping out with trade show exhibitions
-Setting up Shipping/Logistics
-Running Errands
Also, you will have an opportunity to drastically add to your salary with sales commissions if wanted.
