About the role
We are looking for a customer support associate to join our rapidly growing company. The customer support associate is a critical contributor to our goal of providing a superior experience to our dental practice clients. Through patience, understanding, teamwork and strong problem solving skills, you will resolve issues and learn to escalate them to senior team members where necessary.
What you’ll do
● Data entry - enter dental office RX/prescription into our dental lab platform
● Effectively resolve issues communicated through phone calls and emails
● Learn to escalate issues or concerns to senior team members
What we’re looking for
● 1-3 years of experience working in customer service, support or hospitality
● Capable problem solver
● Ability to work with others
