Part-Time Maid Needed – East Village Studio Apartment

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented maid to help clean, organize, and manage laundry for a cozy studio apartment located in the East Village, NYC. This position requires visits twice weekly with flexible scheduling, preferably afternoons or early evenings.

Responsibilities:

- General cleaning of the apartment, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting surfaces.

- Organizing household items to maintain a tidy and clutter-free space.

- Washing, drying, folding, and putting away laundry (laundry is in-unit).

- Making the bed and cleaning sheets.

- Emptying trash and recycling.

- Occasional deep cleaning tasks (e.g., fridge, stove, or windows).

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in housekeeping or professional cleaning is preferred.

- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Ability to work independently and efficiently.

- Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.

Requirements:

- Must be local to the East Village or nearby areas in NYC.

- Cleaning supplies are provided, but free to bring your own.

- References from past employers or clients (required).

Schedule & Compensation:

- Hours: Twice weekly, 1-2 hours per visit. Flexible scheduling available.
