Merchant Services Support
We are seeking a full-time professional with excellent communication and customer service skills. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with strong initiative and the ability to navigate tasks efficiently. Common sense, problem-solving abilities, and a results-driven mindset are essential.
Key Qualifications:
-Flexible availability with the ability to work varying schedules
-Experience in restaurant, bar, or hospitality environments preferred
-Ability to perform under high-pressure situations
-Fluency in English and Spanish required
Responsibilities & Experience (Preferred in Some or All Areas):
-Office Administration: Tracking sales, customer interactions, and workload management
-Credit Card Processing: Handling PCI compliance, chargebacks, returns, and adjustments
-Account Management: Managing large volumes of receivables, pending items, purchasing, and inventory control
-Bookkeeping & Accounting: Experience in financial record-keeping and reconciliation
