Tier 1 Support Specialist

Part-time ongoing contract position - 20 hrs/week on average

You will be an employee of the contracting firm who works with the end client on a national level

Factory/warehouse environment - must wear PPE equipment (steal toed shoes) when on-site

Some remote work allowed

Mainly Microsoft support - Outlook, O365, Teams

Savvy with smart phones & hand-held devices connected to software packages used in manufacturing process

Some iOS and AppleTV support

PC deployments

PC imaging

Thin clients

Barcode hand scanners

Printer support
