Base Salary: $70,000 - $110,000 Annually (DOE)

Additional Compensation: Quarterly Commission (No Cap) + Annual Kicker Bonus

From septic pumping, installation, and repairs to drain field restoration, drain cleaning, electrical installation and repairs, civil construction and design, and sewer line repairs, we provide end-to-end solutions. We're looking for an energetic, self-motivated Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales team. This is a great opportunity for a skilled B2B sales professional with experience in the home services industry (i.e., septic, plumbing, electrical, HVAC). Our ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of septic systems and design.

Job Responsibilities:

Basic understanding of how septic systems work

An understanding of the scope of work for septic, sewer, storm, and drain fields

Integrate sales strategies and proven processes across sales and field technician teams

Train the Sales Team to build on their skills to establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services in the field

Understand sales process and hold the team accountable for exceeding revenue goals

Partner with the Executive Leadership Team on SMART goals, executables, and results

Work closely and communicate with Chief Operating Officer, Dispatch, Service, and Customer Service Representatives for optimal customer experience

Work closely with all divisions to successfully bid, sell, plan, and execute projects sold by The sales team

Monitor the performance of sales and field technicians and advise them on improvements to maximize customer experience

Facilitate weekly sales meetings

Review and approve estimates, contracts, service reports, and invoices.

Troubleshoot customer issues/complaints

Participate in operations and leadership meetings

Create and execute weekly training with the sales and field technician team

Provide and track weekly sales goals

Provide weekly reporting to management

Perform other duties as assigned

Retain and acquire new mobile home parks (MHP) & property management companies to manage

Identify and establish relationships with key business executives and stakeholders.

Prepare preventative maintenance pumping schedules AND/OR maintenance agreements with the sales/operations team.

Respond to emergencies and partner with multiple departments to provide timely solutions.

Work across departments internally to coordinate with capital projects.

Provide marketing feedback based on interactions with clients to allow for continuous improvement.

Present direct marketing materials tailored to each potential client(s) specific needs.

Build and maintain relationships by providing excellent customer service while demonstrating the capabilities of our services.

Report results via Service Titan CSR Software (or other reporting tools) following all company best practices for tracking purposes.

Requirements:

Valid driver's license.

Ability to meet MVR requirements.

1.5+ years of B2B Sales in Home Services Industry (Septic, Sewer, Plumbing, Electrical, and Other Commercial), Industrial Sales, or Commercial Sales

Proven track record of managing others

Basic understanding of how a septic system works

Aggressive and competitive nature to drive sales growth

Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed goals and timelines

Driven by data and metrics

Strong sense of ambition, self-motivation, and self-discipline with a high standard of integrity and work ethic

Exceptional communication skills, including both verbal and written and a client-driven approach

Outstanding organizational skills, and a commitment to performing duties with detail and accuracy

Strong Computer Skill Set: CRM Software, MS Office, MS Outlook, Google Sheets, etc.

Ability to up to 75 lbs.

Visual Acuity AND an elevated level of mechanical aptitude

Basic knowledge of Service Titan or other Home Service dispatch software
