Hiring Assistant Manager FT For “By the Blue Eatery and Gifts”

By the Blue Eatery and Gifts is seeking an exceptional, self-motivated person with strong communication skills. Experience in retail and restaurant management or employment in that field for several years is required. We are a new business coming to Front Street in Ketchikan in 2025.

This position will assist the General Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of the retail and eatery from April to October. Our mission is to build a profitable business by providing a high-quality unique product to customers and an enjoyable team experience for employees

Responsibilities: (1) Retail store management, (2) eatery oversight, (3) employee management and hiring, (4) communication with inventory, marketing, and media specialists, and (5) assuring the outstanding customer service is a priority.
