Madden Industrial Craftsmen is looking to fill a Sheet Metal Machine Operator with a Manufacturing company located in Phoenix, AZ.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 5:00AM-2:30PM

Sheet Metal Machine Operator Responsibilities:

Set up and operate sheet metal machinery, including shears, press brakes, and roll forming machines.

Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine machine settings and material requirements.

Adjust machine settings to produce parts to specified dimensions and tolerances.

Inspect completed parts for accuracy and quality, making adjustments as needed.

Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines and work area.

Follow safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment.

Sheet Metal Machine Operator Requirements:

At least 2 years of experience operating sheet metal machinery.

Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.

Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Must pass a background check and drug screen.

Must be able to read a tape measure.
