Entry level Outside Appointment Setters- For Residential Solar

SolarFindUs is now hiring appointment setters. No experience or education needed. As a setter you will be setting up a consultation with homeowners interested in going solar. You will not be responsible for selling solar, you will only be setting the appointments.

We will provide you with all the tools and training needed to have success in scheduling appointments. We have a blueprint that is proven, the only requirement is that you need to be a go getter, work hard, and consistent.

Work Requirements:

-Report daily with Appointment Manager for TRAINING and Sales Rep to discuss game plan and perimeter

- (5-6) days a week between the hours of 3pm-7pm

Skills Requirements: - Bilingual (if possible )

- (2-3) consultations per week minimum

- Hardworking

-Self-Motivated

-Coachable

-Open-minded

-Goal Oriented

-Reliable - and the ambition to make a lot of MONEY

Compensation: - (500-700) per appointment set and sold by a qualified closer

- Additional (500-700) on INSTALLATION…

We pay on a weekly basis. Every Friday ( based on closed deals )
