Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in top-level kitchens or Michelin-starred restaurants.
Strong knowledge of classic and modern cooking techniques.
Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and precision.
A strong sense of urgency, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
A desire to learn, grow, and contribute to a professional kitchen culture.
Line Cook Responsibilities:
Execute dishes to exact specifications with speed and precision.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of your station.
Assist with prep work, mise en place, and inventory.
Follow safety and sanitation standards.
Sous Chef Responsibilities:
Assist in menu development and daily specials.
Lead and supervise line cooks during service.
Oversee food preparation, plating, and quality control.
Assist with training and mentorship of kitchen staff.
Uphold and enforce kitchen standards, cleanliness, and organization.
