Continental Building Materials has been a trusted supplier of high-quality building materials since 2007. We specialize in white cement, fiber, aggregates, and landscaping products. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Answer customer service calls and direct them to the appropriate department (sales, management, or other customer service associates) until the issue is resolved.
- Process customer purchase orders and invoices accurately and efficiently.
- Enter purchase orders and bills into the system.
- Assist Accounts Payable with entering the correct bills into the system.
- Assist the Sales Staff with tasks to increase, maintain, and service sales.
- Coordinate with third-party logistics companies and warehouse personnel to manage all incoming and outgoing materials.
- Provide excellent customer support and ensure a smooth ordering and delivery process.
- Ensure that inventory levels match the records in the system (books) and assist with inventory control as needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Prior experience in customer service, sales support, logistics, or inventory management.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with SAP Business One is a plus.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
