Handyman Needed for Rental Property Maintenance – Pay Per Job ( LA )

I am looking for a reliable and tech-savvy handyman to handle maintenance requests for my rental properties in Los Angeles. You will coordinate directly with tenants using a smartphone app, receive tasks, and complete the necessary repairs.

Properties located at zip code: 90019, 90036, 90046,90048. Must be local

Requirements:

Must be comfortable using a smartphone for tasks and communication.

Knowledge of plumbing, general house repairs, and maintenance.

Honest, hardworking, and very reliable.

Able to speak basic English for clear communication with tenants.

Available to work during business hours and handle emergencies as needed.

No office hours required – work is assigned per job, and payment is made per completed task.

Job Details:

Coordinate directly with tenants to schedule and perform repairs.

Tasks are received through my maintenance platform – you respond and handle the maintenance directly.

Pay is per job, based on the complexity of the repair.

Must be able to accept Zelle or Venmo for payment.

An invoice must be emailed or texted, and payments will be sent via Zelle within one day.
