. Respond to maintenance requests of plumbing, electrical, heating and general repairs in an apartment setting.

. Handle maintenance and troubleshooting requests.

. Alert management of any malfunctions in the community.

. Respond to emergency situations in a prompt manner.

. Perform basic apartment and related maintenance requests in order to preserve quality and value to our community.
