Griffin’s Kitchen will be chef driven. Tightly curated, the menu will stand on the consistency of its standards with creative specials rotating and inspired new flavors planted throughout. Prime proteins. Locally sourced vegetables when seasonal, grade A whenever else. Culinary technique light on pretention and big on plate appeal. Appetizers and small bites perfect for sharing tapas style. Prompt, attentive service with expeditious kitchen-to-tableside engagement. A chef who puts their public reputation on the line to ensure quality and craft.

Experience:

- Must have open availability for weekend shifts.

- Must have customer service experience, preferably in a restaurant atmosphere.

- Must be able to work in a fast-paced restaurant and multitask.

- Must have a positive attitude and sense of urgency.

Certifications:

- Food Handler Certified

Duties/Responsibilities:

- Greeting and seating guests in a friendly and efficient manner.

- Managing the waitlist and ensuring smooth table turnover.

- Answering phone calls and assisting with reservations.

- Practicing proper work procedures, safety, and sanitation standards.

- Helping with light cleaning duties such as stocking, sanitizing, and sweeping when needed.

- Assist bartenders with running food and bussing tables.

Qualifications/Abilities:

- Excellent verbal communication skills.

- Strong organizational skills.

- Ability to work as a team player.

- Reliable transportation.

Hours:

- Part-time, 12-18 hours per week. Open availability on weekends is mandatory.

Salary:

- $16.50/hour + tips
